Refund and Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with all original packaging and accessories included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Customers are responsible for selecting a suitable return shipping method and covering all return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Buddha3Bodhi is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Please note that many of our products are natural materials and handcrafted items, including Wenwan walnuts, Bodhi seeds, jade, and other traditional crafts. Natural variations in color, texture, grain, shape, size, and surface details are normal characteristics and are not considered defects.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

• Custom-made products, personalized items, or special orders
• Items that have been used, worn, modified, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Items without original packaging or included accessories
• Mystery box items, as the surprise experience is part of the product
• Sale items and gift cards

Due to the nature of certain products, some personal-use items may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original item following our return process and place a new order separately after the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving your item, without providing a reason.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
